The Perfect Wife is an upbeat bar and grill sort of scene with a limited, but delightful, menu. We shared nachos for an appetizer... drinks all around... and the main courses were all munched up. Brie doggy-bagged half of her sandwich and the remainder of George's onion rings. (Which were fantastic---along with Mom and my eggplant fries. Yay!)
I was losing my voice (which today I have successfully lost all together), but conversation was varied and up-beat.
Twiddle was setting up while we ate, and we left right when they were getting started. I kind of would have liked to hear them a bit, but I think it was best we left when we did because we could barely hear each other by the time we left, anyway (everyone was chatting LOUDLY) and I don't think Becca could have handled the rock sound.
It was a wonderful family night-out.
