Tonight (thursday), since the man of the house was away, the girls decided to have a Brazilian dinner. Feijoada ! We soaked the black beans over-night, then started boiling them at around 3:30pm. The pork bits were cooked before entering the big pot, and garlic and onion were dropped in. This simmered 'till dinner was ready. Later, farofa de banana and kale was cooked. We served the meal with sliced laraja. Bon demais da conta !
