Dinner Out: Madison Brewing Co.

Family night out on the town...of Bennington! A new setting--it was nice for us. Madison Brewing Co. was a bar/pub seen with delicious pub food. Unfortunately, Dad's picky taste for beer left him to settle with Heineken. Mom had some of their draft beer.

We had some pretty decadent nachos topped with bangers! (British sausages--yummmmmmm). Brie decided to continue the sausage trend into her main course. She had Bangers and Mash--mashed potatoes with two bangers and apple chuntney.

Mommy had a salad called "You had me at Brie". It was a bed of greens with lots of stuff... uh.. Brie and there was some eggplant in there with a roasted red pepper dressing of some sort.

Daddy had a burger. Can't go wrong there.

I tried a VENISON burger. Yep. I've officially eaten deer. I thought it was a bit tougher than beef. It was yummy, though--the burger came with shallots, red pepper and portabella mushroom. AND SWEET POTATO FRIES!!! NOM NOM NOM YUMMY!

Hehehe.

The girls shared a chocolate moose pie that was devoured. Mom thought it was too "fluffy", but it was just right for me.

Dad didn't have dessert because he was to full. Haha.

It was nice to watch people walk around (since we sat right by the window). It was a nice change from the Manchester scene, where everything is closed by 8.

We had fun.
