Another Kitchen-Note is that today, after waking up at 6:58pm from an afternoon siesta, I decided to make brigadeiro. This is a Brazilian dessert that knocks the socks off, and I highly recommend it to the Peniston-crowd, who I suspect is following this blog. Anywho, the brigadeiro are supposed to look like this:

YUM-O!
You can learn how to make it at:

The narrator is Brazilian, I can tell from her adorable accent, and I think you'll enjoy her company as well. The quality of the clip is quite awful for about 5 seconds in the beginning, but don't be discouraged, because it clears up.
As far as my brigadeiro went, they are now in the freezer. I rolled them in coconut and powdered sugar instead of the mainstream chocolate sprinkles. I hope you try to make them yourselves! Maybe we can have a brigadeiro party sometime!
P.S. I'm making peanut butter cookies tomorrow (Wednesday) with my mother, I hope, and I'm really excited about it.
:D
